If you and I do not stand up to protect childhood innocence who will?

Actions to take:

  1. Attend your local school board meetings, all of them.
    1. Do not just do it alone, find a friend, form a group. Just make sure that someone is at every meeting. Over time you will learn what you need to do.
    2. Search for groups that may already be active in your area.
  2. Take an active role in the School Board, Library Board and Local Elections – join PTA and go to the meetings to connect with other parents.
    1. Find moral and virtuous people.
  3. Know what books are in the School Library. Use ratedbooks.org to check titles for currently rated books. Facebook groups like Laverne in the Library also have identified questionable book titles. Figure out how to use the search portals for your school library for paper and E-books then do key word searches to find what books are available to kids – using key words like gender identity,

LGBTQ, sex, social justice (Marxism titles), transgender.

  1. Purposeful engagement with your children daily! What did they learn at school? Homework assignments? Know their teachers. Their friends.
    1. Limit phone use for kids. Set boundaries, no phones at the dinner table, or after 8:00 P.M. Turn in phones at night! Check their phones to see what apps they have. Who they text frequently or talk with—sexual predators often use social media to gain access to children.
    2. Form parent groups to share information. Especially get to know the parents of your child’s friends.
  2. Educate not indoctrinate should be a motto.
    1. Say no to “comprehensive sex education.”
    2. Ask to see the sex education curriculum – and view a class – (not necessarily the class your child attends)
    3. No to DEI, CRT and SEL.
    4. Ask what SEL, Social Emotional Learning programs are in the school. Ask to read the curriculum if there is a designated program.
    5. Search school board website to find information on their DEI programs. Sift through it. Follow your DEI principal or administrator on twitter or social media to see what is posted.
    6. Ask to see the sex education curriculum – and view a class – (not necessarily the class your child attends)
    7. Does your school give Panorama Surveys? If so – consider opting out as information collected can be used as a social credit score among other things.
  3. This is a Marathon not a sprint. Take one action today.
  4. Join my new Substack that will send out a weekly message with resources, articles and further action steps https://johnpauliirenewal.substack.com
  5. Schedule a “Stolen Innocent” Community Awareness Presentation. More Information:

  1. Talk to your Pastor or Priest about speaking out!
  2. Know your rights as a Parent.
    1. The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, 20 U.S.C. § 1232h, is one important—but until now little-used—tool for holding administrators and teachers accountable. First passed in 1974 and then expanded several times (most recently in 2002), the PPRA provides parents legal rights to review curriculum, and in some circumstances to opt out of certain activities at any school that receives federal funding.
  3. Consider homeschooling, Christian private schools or hybrid schools.
  4. Make sure your child is active in a local Christian youth group and that your family attends a Church. Be grounded in the Word of God.
  5. This is just a start. Other action steps include educating yourself on the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Visiting sites such as the Heritage Foundation or Mom’s for Liberty.
